SERVICES

My passion is to aid my clients in understanding the human body, prevent unnecessary injuries, and build functional strength and flexibility to aid them in sports and life.  My services are listed below but I tailor programs to my clients needs on an as needed basis.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

As a personal trainer I help my clients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivating, educating and building a individualized program for them. The process is more than giving out exercise instructions.

           INJURY REHABILITATION
 

Adam works with injured athletes to build and implement a transitional exercise program designed to progress an athlete from physical therapy back to their sport.

           GROUP COACHING

 

Adam develops personalised boot camps for companies teams and groups to focus on indivdualized goals.  He also designs and implements team workouts for sports teams based on pre-season, in-season, and post-season goals and ties the training to functional movements for the individualised sports.

           FUNCTIONAL GOLF TRAINING

 

Adam teaches clinics and has worked with individual clients to eliminate inefficiencies and pinpoint areas that inhibit a more fluid golf swing and increase driving distances.

           MASSAGE THERAPY

 

Adam is not a traditional massage therapist.  He is certifed in sports deep tissue, active release technique, certified in shiatsu, Swedish gymanstics, and trigger point therapy and works to correct injuires and break-up scar tissue in order to facilitate achieving fitness goals.
